Primway/Charming is now Charming (France)

We’re pleased to share that our long-standing partner in France, formerly known as Primway/Charming, is now officially operating under a single, unified name — Charming.

While the name has changed, everything our customers value stays the same. For the past two years, Charming has partnered with Primway to deliver smart, sustainable, and scalable solutions with care and expertise.

What’s changing? 

Aside from the name, nothing is changing. You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality service and support you’ve come to expect.

Based in France, the team brings more than 15 years of experience supporting fashion and retail brands with tailored labeling, packaging, and printed communication materials. Their technical expertise and customer-first approach remain at the heart of everything we do.

Charming (France) continues to offer the complete Charming product range, including:

  • Digital label technology: RFID, EAS, NFC, and DPP solutions
  • Premium labeling: Hang tags, woven & printed labels, badges, patches, etc.
  • Variable data items: Care labels, price tickets, stickers, etc.
  • Eco-conscious packaging: Boxes, envelopes, and a variety of bag styles

Along with our product range, we have dedicated infrastructure to support your business needs. Charming France continues to play a critical role in our global operations, providing customers with:

  • Local manufacturing: Our facilities are equipped for offset and digital printing of variable data items, like care labels and price tickets. Having local manufacturing reduces lead times and gives your brand greater flexibility.
  • Regional dispatch center: Charming’s French dispatch center provides streamlined access to locally and internationally produced goods. Products from other Charming facilities are stored in France, then picked, packed, and shipped according to vendor call-off orders, reducing lead times and lowering freight costs.
  • Dedicated customer service: The France-based team is committed to supporting European vendor call-offs with responsive and reliable service, ensuring smooth coordination and quick turnarounds.
  • Local sales force: We believe in the power of personal connection. Our local sales team understands your region and your business, and they’re ready to help brands and retailers build scalable, globally aligned programs.
