As weโve written about before, the European Unionโs (EU) introduction of Digital Product Passports (DPPs), is a transformative initiative set to revolutionize supply chains worldwide. The need for businesses to prepare and adapt cannot be underestimated. Those failing to seize this window of opportunity risk facing a frantic scramble to comply with impending regulations. Given EU Member State customs will likely prohibit the import of any non-compliant product, this could very well result in significant penalties including fines.
